BevSync + Aloha (NCR) POS

Import sales data via CSV or XML file upload. BevSync's column mapping wizard handles Aloha's export format automatically.

About this integration

NCR Aloha is widely used in full-service restaurants and high-volume bar operations. BevSync supports Aloha through file-based import — export your sales data as CSV or XML from Aloha's reporting tools, then upload to BevSync. The column mapping wizard remembers your configuration, making subsequent imports quick and consistent.

BevSync's wizard auto-detects common Aloha export formats. Review the column mappings (item name, quantity, price, date) and adjust if needed. Save the profile for future uploads.

FAQ

Common questions about Aloha (NCR)

How often should I upload data?

We recommend weekly uploads for accurate variance analysis. Some operators upload daily for tighter control. BevSync handles any frequency — the deduplication system prevents double-counting.

Can I import historical data?

Yes. You can upload historical exports going back as far as Aloha retains them. BevSync will process and integrate the data into your historical reports.

Which Aloha export format works best?

CSV is the most reliable format. Use the Sales Detail report from Aloha Manager with all item-level fields included. BevSync also supports Aloha Insight XML exports.

Will BevSync support direct Aloha API in the future?

We're actively exploring direct integration with NCR's cloud APIs. Existing file-upload customers will be migrated to the API connection at no additional cost when available.
