Yes. The Free plan lets you use BevSync indefinitely with limited features (1 location, 2 users, 25 products). The Professional plan also offers a 14-day free trial with full features — no credit card required.
Your account downgrades to the Free plan. All your data is preserved, but you'll be limited to 1 location, 2 users, and 25 products until you upgrade.
Yes. In Settings > Billing, click "Downgrade to Free" to keep your account active with reduced limits instead of cancelling entirely.
Yes. Go to Settings > Data to export your Products, Inventory, Brand Deals, Sales, Brands, Locations, or a complete backup in JSON or CSV format — at any time.
Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Account. There's a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate. After the grace period, your organization is permanently cancelled.
