Connect in minutes
Connect from BevSync
Navigate to Settings → POS Connections → Add Connection → Clover. Click 'Connect with Clover.'
Authorize on Clover
Log in to your Clover account and approve BevSync's read-only access request. BevSync only reads order and inventory data.
Map your locations
If you operate multiple Clover merchants, select which ones to connect. Each maps to a corresponding BevSync location.
Confirm product mapping and go live
Review the auto-mapped menu items, resolve any unmatched products, and activate automatic sync.
What BevSync pulls from your POS
BevSync only reads data from your POS — it never writes, modifies, or deletes anything. Customer personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, card numbers) is automatically stripped before storage.

Does BevSync work with Clover Station, Mini, and Flex?
Yes. BevSync connects at the Clover account level via OAuth, so it works with all Clover hardware models — Station, Mini, Flex, and Go.
Can I connect multiple Clover merchants?
Yes. Each Clover merchant connects separately and maps to a BevSync location. This is ideal for hotel groups where each property has its own Clover merchant account.
What data does BevSync NOT access?
BevSync does not access customer personal information, stored payment methods, employee personal details, or any Clover App Market data.
Is there an additional cost for POS integration?
POS integration is included with BevSync Professional and Enterprise plans at no additional charge. The Free and Starter plans support manual CSV uploads.
