BevSync + Omnivore (Micros)

API key integration with automatic sync. Transaction-level sales data from Oracle Micros systems via the Omnivore platform.

About this integration

Omnivore provides a unified API layer for Oracle Micros (OPERA, Simphony) and other legacy POS systems common in hotels, casinos, and large hospitality groups. BevSync's Omnivore integration pulls transaction-level sales data every 15 minutes via API key, giving you variance analysis and pour cost tracking without manual data entry.

FAQ

Common questions about Omnivore

What POS systems does Omnivore support?

Omnivore provides API access to Oracle Micros (Simphony, OPERA), Dinerware, Positouch, Aloha (via Omnivore), and other systems. If your POS is connected to Omnivore, BevSync can pull your data.

Do I need a separate Omnivore subscription?

Yes, Omnivore is a separate service that provides API access to your POS. Contact Omnivore for pricing and availability for your POS system.

Is this different from the Aloha file upload?

Yes. The Omnivore integration is automatic — no file exports needed. If your Aloha system is connected to Omnivore, use this integration for hands-free sync. If not, use the file upload option.

How does this work for hotel properties?

Hotel F&B operations using Oracle OPERA or Simphony can connect each revenue center (lobby bar, pool bar, restaurant) as a separate BevSync location, giving beverage directors property-level and portfolio-level reporting.
